If  you wish to download videos to your iPad without the use of a computer then TagDisk HD from n4phone is your perfect solution.

The entire process only requires a few simple steps.

1. Download the free TagDisk HD app from the App Store.

2. Launch the app and select the Browse icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to http://m.youtube.com and find your desired video.

4. Tap on the down arrow that is to the left of the plus sign and when the URL for your video pops up tap on okay.

After his trash was taken away Eric Boehs believed that he mistakenly placed his iPad and iPhone in a box the went with it.  Using MobileMe and an iPad 3G, Eric and his friend Billy undertook the task of finding the missing devices.

The Life Web Browser by Its About Time is a Safari alternative with unique features.

Using the Life Web Browser you are able to swipe between website favorites on the iPad in the same manner as you would through photos.  To alleviate the visual page loads, once you land on a favorite both the pages to the left and right of it are automatically loaded.

The browser also has a queue feature that allows you to attach pages to a site from its’ links for later viewing.   Because Life has a built-in email client sending pages can be done with a single touch.

iPad Steering Wheel Mount?

As the iPad frenzy continues so does the entrepreneurial spirit to profit from it.

The idea here is to securely mount an iPad to a car’s steering wheel.  The product is being pitched as a safety device, as according to the demonstrator it is safer to text with their configuration than an iPhone.  We should mention that about half of the states have made texting from a cell phone while driving illegal.

The company is not selling the iPad steering wheel mount itself but rather the plans to build it.  A check with their website indicates that the plans are not currently available for purchase.

To us, the whole concept raises numerous safety concerns, after viewing the video you can judge for yourself whether this is a joke or not.

Comcast Reveals Xfinity Remote iPad App

Comcast has designed an app that turns the iPad into a cable remote.

The Xfinity Remote app does more than mimic a standard cable box remote, as it also adds a social networking function.  Utilizing an Internet connection and the app’s buddy list, you can share your programming with other Comcast television customers, regardless of whether or not they have a subscription to the channel that you wish to share.
